Police are investigating after complaints were received that Pak’nSave (Manukau) was extorting money from customers. Police say they are speaking with victims and receiving multiple complaints.

According to one victim, a security guard falsely accused her of stealing two moisturizers, pressured her to pay $395, and threatened to call the police if she didn’t pay. She said, “I scanned the moisturizer bottles carefully, but now it’s not on the receipt”.Maybe it was an accidental mistake.

Later, when the woman demanded to see the CCTV footage, it was proven that he was innocent. She was only released after she asked to call the police. If you have had a similar experience, please contact the police. This will help the police investigate further.
